Frequently asked questions
Can I subscribe to only Genix Chat or only Genix Mail?
Yes. Each product is a separate subscription under one GenixByte account. Add or remove either module anytime from the business portal billing page.
How does the Startup Bundle discount work?
When you choose Genix Chat Pro and Genix Mail Pro on monthly billing, the Pro Suite bundle plan applies the combined suite rate from our billing catalog (same API as the business portal checkout).
What are the free tier limits?
Genix Chat Free includes 1 agent. Genix Mail Free includes 3,000 emails per month and 1 mailbox. No credit card required to start.
What if I downgrade one product but keep the other?
Subscriptions are independent. Downgrading Mail to Free does not affect your Chat Pro plan, and vice versa. Limits update per product immediately after plan change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
